If you missed out on the Clam Cakes last week, don’t worry. It looks like they’ll be around for the summer. Beer battered clam cakes using local craft beer, oyster mushrooms from RI Mushroom Co. and kelp granules and finished with North Atlantic sea salt for a salty fried deliciousness. Served with a side of vegan tartar sauce. This week’s MMMBop-Tart is Triple Berry: blueberry, raspberry, and blueberry filled pop-tart with pink dragonfruit icing and naturally colored sprinkles.

We’re bringing back Clam Cakes for the summer. Beer battered clam cakes using local craft beer, oyster mushrooms from RI Mushroom Co., and kelp granules and finished with North Atlantic sea salt for a salty fried deliciousness. Served with a side of vegan tartar sauce. These were a fan favorite that always sold out last year so we’re keeping them on the menu. And since we had to close unexpectedly last week, we’re keeping the Rhody-O Burger around that’s topped off with our hand-battered crispy onion rings. This time we’re grilling these up with a seasoned Impossible burger - either single or double - topped with melted vegan cheeze, our housemade Pineapple Bourbon BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, and onion rings on a toasted aloha brioche bun. We’re also keeping the Chicky Chipotle around too: our double battered and fried chicky seitan topped with our onion rings, chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato, and slaw on a toasted aloha brioche bun. This week’s MMMBop-Tart is the OG Blueberry. We’re also baking more of our new Strawberry Shortcake Cottontails with strawberry vanilla cake wrapped in vegan white chocolate and strawberry vanilla cookie crumbles.

Find the Bunny Mobile at Twelve Guns Brewing in Bristol this Sunday, 5/9, for Mother’s Day Brunch from Noon to 4 PM. Their taproom is open and you don’t need reservations. So treat mom to all of her delicious brunch favorites made from plants and some tasty craft beer to go with it. 

We’ll be mixing it up with some brunch classics like pancakes, breakfast burritos, and avo toasts of course and we’ll even be serving up some of your faves from our main menu. So if that Bunny Mak attack hits, don’t worry, we got you.

This time we’re cooking up Bunny Breakfast Sandwiches. An instant classic with a veggie JUST Egg frittata filled with kale, onions, and peppers, and topped with our smoky maple tempeh bacon and vegan sliced cheeze on a toasted Rebelle Artisan Bagel. Option to add mango fresno hot sauce from Manfredi Spice Co.

We’re grilling up new steak sandwiches this week with our new Banh Mi. Seasoned Impossible beef grilled and chopped with onions, peppers, and mushrooms and topped with teriyaki sauce, sliced cukes, candied jalapenos from Backyard Foods, pickled daikon and carrots, fresh cilantro, and chili aioli on a toasted torpedo roll. Then our MMMBop-Tart of the Week is Oreo: chocolate Oreo cookie-filled pop-tarts with vanilla icing and crumbled Oreo cookies.

In honor of our front-of-house fave Meg’s birthday this week we bring you the Meggie Smalls Burger: seasoned Impossible burger with our house-made Fancy Sauce, vegan cheddar, grilled onions, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and dill pickles from Backyard Foods on a toasted vegan brioche bun. Inspired by her love of the Bunny Mak. And if you loved the Buffalo Mac & Chicky Sandwich we’re keeping it around for another week. The magical MMMBop-Tart of the Week is a Tropical Unicorn: Mango, pineapple, and lychee-filled pop-tart with marshmallow icing, naturally colored sprinkles, and icing drizzle.
