🌱Saturday, 7/17 from 2-6 PM at Newport Craft Brewing & Distilling in Newport, RI.

For both nights this week, we’ll be taking walk-up orders on a first come first served basis and online orders. These orders will be for the next available time slot. 

*****When ordering online please note our location that day. You’ll see Warren as a pickup, please just ignore it, we’re definitely at the event and not in Warren. :)

This week’s special is a Cobb Chicky sandwich. Our housemade double battered and fried chicky seitan topped with our own smokey maple tempeh bacon, avocado ranch, lettuce, tomato, slaw, and corn on a toasted Hawaiian brioche roll.

Popping-Up At Newport Craft Brewery & Distillery This Week 🍻

Find the Bunny Mobile in our usual spot behind Hope & Main this Friday, 4/9, from 4-7:30 PM. Then on Saturday, 4/10, we’re heading to Newport Craft Brewing & Distilling, 293 JT Connell Hwy, Newport, RI from 2-6 PM. Their tasting room is open so stick around and enjoy some craft beer with your food or get it to-go.

If you love buffalo chicken and mac and cheese as much as we do, then you’ll love this week’s special: Buffalo Mac & Chicky sandwich. Our double battered housemade fried seitan smothered in buffalo sauce and topped with our own cheezy mac and cheeze, lettuce, and tomato on a toasted local sesame roll. The MMMBop-Tart of the Week is Cookie Butter: chocolate chip cookie-filled pop-tart with cookie butter icing, Biscoff cookie crumbles, and naturally colored sprinkles and icing.  

Pre-orders are now live. For FRIDAY SERVICE ONLY we kindly ask that all orders be placed by 3:30 pm Friday afternoon. Ordering will be shut off and resume for Saturday around 8 pm. Mat & I will be running the bunny mobile by ourselves. It gets a little too crazy and want to make sure we get your food gets out on time. So we won’t be able to take any walk-ups and apologize for any inconvenience. Don’t worry, you’ll see Meg again with us on Saturday in Newport.

We’re back at Open Air Saturdays in Downtown Providence this Saturday, 10/10, from 12-4 PM. Find us near Symposium Books on Westminster Street between Eddy and Union Streets. This week we're keeping the beer brats and cheezesteaks on the menu since they're such a big hit. We're also featuring 2 MMMBop-Tart flavors: Blueberry Strudel - blueberry filling with blueberry icing and strudel crumb topping and Carrot Cake - carrot cake filling with vegan cream cheese icing and toasted pumpkin seeds. 

Westminster Street will be closed to traffic during the event so everyone can enjoy socially distanced shopping. This means pick-ups for Open Air Saturday will be direct from the Bunny Mobile and we won’t be able to bring it right to your car. Of course, we’ll always take in-person walk-ups too (just please remember to wear your mask).

Find The Bunny Mobile At Proclamation Ale This Saturday, 8/1 🍻

We're back at Proclamation Ale, 298 Kilvert Street in Warwick, from 12 - 4 PM this Saturday, 8/1, and this time we're bringing the Bunny Mobile. So we'll be cooking up our full regular menu and bringing some new specials just for this. Pre-orders are now live and can place your order at the button below. And don't forget to order some beer to go with it.

We’ll also be in our usual spot behind Hope & Main this Friday, 7/31, from 4-8 PM. Pictured above is our newest creation of a classic - Hunny Mustard Chicky Wrap. It’s our popular fried chicky seitan with our housemade Hunny mustard sauce (the same one you get with the Bunny Tots and Onion Rings), cashew nacho cheese, lettuce, tomato, hemp hearts, and wrapped in a flour tortilla. The MMMBop-Tart Flavor of the Week is a chocolate brownie stuffing with vanilla icing and naturally colored sprinkles. All plant-based, all the time, and all delicious.

We’ll be back on July 8th, 4-7 PM

We’re finalizing our summer menu and plans to expand our days and hours this week. Starting next week, we’ll be open every other Wednesday from 4-7 PM in Hope & Main’s Schoolyard Market alongside some other great makers. You can learn more about the full market on Hope & Main’s site here. We’re also extending our Friday night hours to 8 PM and we’ll be adding some special hours on certain Saturdays when we’re not offsite for a pop-up or event. 

You’ll still be able to enjoy our creations with some local collaborations though. The Taco Box trailer around the corner from us is still selling the Cauliflower Bunny Supreme through 7/2. And our friends at Like No Udder are launching Strawberry Pop-Tart ice cream this week with our MMMBop-Tarts. You heard that right… pop-tart ice cream with local strawberries from Four Town Farm.

I have officially embarked on an entirely plant-based food company in Rhode Island beginning with a food trailer and set to debut our menu at VegFest RI which will be held on Sunday, February 23rd from 11 am to 4 pm at the WaterFire Arts Center in Providence.
